Delivery Options
Depending on customer preferences, the encrypted statements can be delivered right to the customer’s inbox or held in a secure portal.
To decrypt messages from their inbox the customer is asked to download a free and fully branded Reader. The user then only needs to click on the message and enter their password in order to review their statement.
Customers who choose to pick up their statements directly from the secure portal will receive an email notification when their statement is available. They simply login to the portal to view their statement.
